At around 11:44 a.m. on December 12, an earthquake with a maximum seismic intensity of 4 was observed in Hakodate City. As of 12:00 p.m., no tsunami advisories have been issued for the coastal areas of Hakodate. However, please stay alert for further updates and possible aftershocks.
