A restaurant serving elegant Japanese meals in delicate courses, or kaiseki, located on a hill overlooking Hakodate's cityscape. The building is built entirely in a Japanese style. You can take your time and enjoy the beautiful Japanese food which incorporates Western tastes. There is a light lunch course at 2,400 yen (tax included, plus 5 to 10% service charge). The restaurant appears in "Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017, "Special Version.
